The federal government, through the ministry of labour and employment, has urged the NLC and Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna to embrace a peaceful dialogue.

Some travellers were on Monday, May 17, stranded at Rigasa Train Station in Kaduna state due to the protest by members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).

In line with the five-day warning strike declared by the NLC in Kaduna, the NUPENG on Wednesday, May 12, ordered members to shut down activities in the state.
