PDP chieftain Dare Glintstone Akinniyi, has lauded the appeal court judgement that struck down an earlier court ruling stopping federal allocation to Rivers state.

The Abuja Court of Appeal has vacated the order stopping allocations to Rivers state. This comes amid a lingering feud between Nyesom Wike and Sim Fubara.

On Friday, the Court of Appeal in Abuja, ruled against the suspension of Mr Muhuyi Magaji, the chairman, Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission.

The Appeal Court has upheld the judgment asking Ondo state government to N30 million in damages to Okada rider, Oluwasegun Oluwarotimi for shooting him in the leg.
