The Nigerian Army (NA) has demanded the payment of N50 million from Benue state government as the bounty placed on the late wanted criminal, Terwase Agwaza.

Terwase Akwaza popularly known by his pseudonym Gana, who was Benue most wanted criminal, has been finally killed by the operatives of the Nigerian military.

Hours after benue most wanted criminal, Terwase Akwaza, was killed, the governor, Samuel Ortom, has given armed youths the last chance to surrender their arms.

A dreaded and wanted Benue gang leader, Terwase Agwaza, popularly known as Gana, surrendered himself to Governor Samuel Ortom in Makudi on Tuesday, September 8.

Benue state governor, Mr. Samuel Ortom, on Friday, August 21 reiterated his earlier suggestion that some Nigerians should be allowed to carry AK-47 rifles.
