Amorim responds to Rashford
Marcus Rashford expressed his desire to leave the club on Tuesday following an interview with journalist Henry Winter. The England star said he needed a new challenge.
“For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps," he said. “When I leave it's going to be ‘no hard feelings. You’re not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United."
The Red Devils are preparing for a huge clash against Tottenham on Thursday following their win in the Manchester derby on Sunday, December 15.
The Portuguese coach left Rashford and Garnacho out of his team. He has addressed the forward's comments.
"Don't talk about future – talk about present. I want the best, I want to win and help the team be better. We are better with Marcus Rashford and that's simple. We have to push him to the level he's shown in the past," Amorim said via Manutd.com.
"I think it’s right," Amorim said when asked about Rashford's saying he wants a new challenge. "We have here a new challenge...This is a really new challenge and the biggest one. I really hope all my players are ready for this new challenge."
Rashford has been in and out of Amorim's squad since the former Sporting CP coach took charge last month.
Clubs Rashford could join

Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona, and Paris Saint-Germain could be the England forward's next destination as he is still rated as one of best players in his position.
Rashford could also make the unlikely move to the Saudi Pro League as they have the finances to tempt the 27-year-old to quit England for the far east.
