- He is overseeing the worst run since he arrived at the club, with his club winning once in the last nine matches
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has given an update on his future despite signing a new two-year deal last month.
Guardiola is overseeing the worst Man City run since he took charge in 2016, and some have said he is under pressure.
Man City have won the last four Premier League titles but are eight points behind leaders Liverpool this season.
Guardiola makes career announcement
Speaking to celebrity chef Dani Garcia on YouTube, the six-time Premier League winner said Man City would be his final club job and that he would coach a national team.
According to BBC Sport, the former Barcelona coach was approached about becoming England coach, but he signed a new two-year deal last month.
"I'm not going to manage another team," he said. "I'm not talking about the long-term future, but what I'm not going to do is leave Manchester City, go to another country, and do the same thing as now.
"I wouldn't have the energy. The thought of starting somewhere else, all the process of training and so on. No, no, no. Maybe a national team, but that's different."
The Spaniard has coached Barcelona and Bayern Munich and won many titles. After his spell at Bayern, he took a sabbatical before moving to England.
Guardiola has overseen just one Man City win in the last nine matches in all competitions.
Possible Man City punishments
Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester City could face severe punishments including getting demoted from the English Premier League if found guilty of breaching financial fair play rules in the English Premier League.
The Citizens, who have had overwhelming success including winning the Premier League title six times in the last seven seasons, are facing a 115-count charge for financial irregularities.
