The 20-time English champions last tasted defeat in Erik ten Hag's last game as coach on October 27 and will be seeking to continue with their good form.

They thrashed Everton on Sunday in their last league game but will be missing some stars for the trip.

On the other hand, the Gunners have bounced back after a worrying run of results, during which they lost to Bournemouth and Newcastle United.

Last weekend, they thrashed West Ham 5-2 and are aiming for a fourth straight home win against their bitter rivals.

Speaking exclusively to Legit.ng, sports analyst Dan Ogega backed Man United to beat Arsenal.

"Arsenal vs Man United is always a tough fixture for both sides. Today, I am backing United to make the most of their recent momentum to defeat Arsenal, who are odds-on favourites," he said.

The defending champions suffered their fourth straight league defeat Sunday to Liverpool, leaving 11 points off the Reds. They face Nottingham Forest, which, on paper, looks like a straightforward fixture.

However, Nuno Espirito Santo's side are the only side to beat Liverpool this season and will give Man City a tricky test.

Pep Guardiola will be under pressure to arrest the decline before it becomes a crisis. Ogega backed the hosts to emerge victorious only if Kevin de Bruyne starts.

"Man City could finally arrest their slump by defeating Forest of Kevin de Bryune starts."

Erling Haaland will be under close scrutiny after scoring just twice in the last eight matches in the Premier League.

Newcastle vs Liverpool

The league leaders are aiming to continue with their incredible start to the season when they face Newcastle. St James' Park is a difficult place to win, but Liverpool's title credentials will be tested tonight.

For Liverpool, the good news is they have beaten Eddie Howe's team six times in a row. Newcastle are winless 15 league games against Liverpool, per Opta Analyst.

"Liverpool seem unstoppable and will easily roll over indifferent Newcastle," Ogega predicted.

He also backed Wolves to beat Everton 2-1, Chelsea to beat Southampton 4-0, and Brentford to get a rare 3-2 away win over Aston Villa.

Arsenal's possible lineup vs Man United

Legit.ng earlier reported that Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard are expected to start for Arsenal in their must-win Premier League clash versus rivals Manchester United.

Kai Havertz, Thomas Partey, William Saliba, and Jurrien Timber are also expected to feature in Mikel Arteta's first eleven.
