Chelsea has rewarded Cole Palmer with a new contract following his breathtaking debut season at the club.
Palmer was a shining light in an otherwise difficult season that saw Mauricio Pochettino quit after only one season.
Signed from Manchester City for around £42.5m, Palmer arrived in West London and took to life like a duck to water. He starred with 22 goals in the Premier League as Chelsea finished sixth to qualify for the Conference League.

A club statement confirmed that the England international had extended his stay to 2033. The Telegraph reports that his salary has also risen to around £120,000 per week.
