Liverpool are officially the most successful club in the Premier League following their Carabao Cup victory on Sunday.
The Reds silenced rivals Chelsea at Wembley Stadium to lift their first trophy this season.
Virgil van Dijk was Liverpool's match hero during the encounter, with the Dutchman stepping up to score the winner with a powerful header in the 118th minute.

According to SPORTbible, Van Dijk's winner not only helped Liverpool clinch the title - but also helped the club make history.

This was the club's 68th trophy in their history, making them the club with the most titles in the Premier League.
Prior to the Sunday cracker, the Merseysiders were tied on 67 trophies with rivals Manchester United, who tied with them last season when they lifted the Carabao Cup after Erik ten Hag's charges beat Newcastle in the final.

However, Liverpool fans have every reason to be proud after their side moved clear once again.
The club's 68 trophies include 19 league titles, six European Cups, and eight FA Cup titles.
United's haul of 67 trophies includes a record 20 League titles, 12 FA Cups, and six League Cups.
Arsenal rank third on the list of the Premier League clubs with the most trophies, with the Gunners boasting 49 trophies in their cabinet.
Arsenal's haul includes 13 League titles, a record 14 FA Cups, and 17 Community Shields.
According to the club's website, the north Londoners have also won two League Cups.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and Manchester City wrap up the top five podium of the most successful clubs in the Premier League and are tied for 34 trophies.
