World Cup 2022: Watch England Players Cool Off As Extremely Hot Temperatures Hit Qatar
- A couple of England stars were seen rushing off a training session in Qatar to the air coolers as the heat conditions in Qatar became untenable
- England, like a majority of the World Cup teams, need to adapt to the weather conditions quickly
- The organisers have, however, installed air coolers around the stadium that will help in lowering the extreme heat during matchdays
The weather conditions in Qatar have caught up with the England squad that is set to take part in the World Cup from November 20th.
The Three Lions are currently based at the Al Wakrah Sports Complex and the stars felt the heat in a video shared by the Twitter handle of the national team.

Borussia Dortmund's midfielder Jude Bellingham, Newcastle striker Callum Wilson and Liverpool defender Trent Alexandar-Arnold are seen rushing to the air coolers to cool off.
How quickly players adapt to the heat conditions in Qatar will be a key factor in how the teams perform in the month-long tournament.
The temperatures at the moment go to as high as 33 degrees Celsius, but all the eight stadia have been airconditioned and therefore, during match days, the temperatures are expected to go back to as low as 23 degrees Celsius.
Daily Mail had reported that Garreth Southgate's squad are currently using ice vests to train. The team will face Iran on Monday in their opening game before facing the United States of America four days later.
They will then wrap up their group stage campaign with a clash against neighbours Wales as they look to better their semifinal showing from four years ago.
Why Qatar is a controversial host
Legit.ng had reported that the decision to award Qatar the hosting rights of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in 2010 was met with much resistance from the word go.
The United States of America had been widely expected to win the bidding process, but then FIFA President Sepp Blatter announced Qatar as the winner of the vote.
Hot conditions have also been a major issue, with FIFA forced to push the World Cup to the months of November and December rather than the usual June-July. This put FIFA on a collision path with major leagues, which had to stop their leagues momentarily for close to six weeks.
