American professional football League side Inter Miami are reportedly tracking the signatures of Barcelona captain Lionel Messi and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Former Manchester United winger David Beckham who is one of the owners of Inter Miami is the one said to be thinking about the possibility of luring Messi and Ronaldo to America.
The new MLS season will be starting in April and head coach of the side Phil Neville is trying all his possible best to make sure that his squad are okay for the League.
According to the report on UK Sun, David Beckham wants Inter Miami to be one of the best in the world in the coming years and he believes that great players can help in actualizing the dreams.
"We already have players like Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi who add to the glitz and glamour but also going forward we want to have the opportunity to bring some great names in.
"Leo and Cristiano have been mentioned in the question just asked, they have been at the top of their game and been the best for the last 15 years because of hard work. There is very little luck behind it.''
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently playing for Juventus and has been in great form while Lionel Messi on the other hand is the highest goalscorer in the Spanish La Liga.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Barcelona captain Lionel Messi was on the score sheet in their 1-1 draw against Cadiz in Sunday’s La Liga fixture and that goal means he has only failed to find the back of the net against eight teams he has met.
The Catalan giants would have themselves to blame as they allowed 28-year-old midfielder Alex Fernandez grab the equalizer late in the game at Camp Nou.
Barcelona were first handed a penalty in the 31st minute after Isaac Carcelen from Cadiz tripped Pedri in which Lionel Messi stepped forward to score the goal a minute later.
They were heading for a win before Clement Lenglet's dangerous play against Ruben Sobrino gifted the visitors a penalty in the 89th minute which was scored to give them a point.
