Chelsea remove banner praising Lampard at Stamford Bridge in honour of new manager Tuchel

Chelsea have brought down 'In Frank We Trust' banner hung by supporters at Stamford Bridge to show ThomasTuchel respect, The Sun.
The English boss was sacked after 18 months at the club and the former PasrisSaint-Germain manager replaced him.
The banner was taken away before The Blues' 2-0 win against Burnley at north London but it was still there during the 0-0 draw with Wolves in Tuchel's first game in charge.

It is understood that the banner cost which £1,000 read "In Frank we trust. Then. Now. Forever." £1000.
A fans group called We Are The Shed took credit for the decision on Twitter after the 0-0 draw with Wolves at the Bridge.
They tweeted:
"We asked for the banner to stay in place for today's game in honour of Lampard and what he achieved with us.
"We have also asked for it to be removed after tonight out of respect to Tuchel and his team. #ThankYouSuperFrank."
The Banner was made displayed during Lampards' last game where Chelsea defeated Luton Town 3-1 in the 4th Round of the FA Cup.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that angry Chelsea supporters hung a banner outside one of the entrance gates at Stamford Bridge to show their frustrations about Frank Lampard's sacking, Daily Mail.
Thomas Tuchel replaced the English boss after 18months in charge of the Blues which did not sit well with fans as the banner reads 'circus continues'.
The German manager's first game for the Blues ended in a 0-0 scoreline against Wolves who defeated the team by 2-1 while Lampard was in charge.
Legit.ng also reported that Antonio Rudiger has started two of Thomas Tuchel's matches as Chelsea manager and the team have kept two clean sheets so far, The Sun.
And Rudiger's agent Saif Rubie has aimed a dig at Frank Lampard on Twitter who completely froze out the German defender for most parts of the new season.
The Blues played a 0-0 draw with Wolves and defeated Burnley 2-0 at Stamford Bridge with unlikely scorers including Ceasar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso.
