Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 14th goal of the season after inspiring Juventus to a 3-1 triumph over Genoa.

Two goals from the 35-year-old and one from Paulo Dybala ensured the Old Lady claimed maximum points at the end of the game.

Stefano Sturaro's 61st minute fine strike from close range ended up a mere consolation as it could not stop them from losing.

It would also be recalled that Ronaldo outshined his arch-rival, Lionel Messi, in their Champions League fixture last week after converting two superb spot-kicks at Camp Nou.

His double helped Andrea Pirlo's men secure a win in what looked like sweet revenge for the Italian club having lost the first leg of their meeting.
