Arsenal defender Cedric Soares and his wife Filipa Brandao have been blessed with a baby girl they christened Siena.
The Portuguese star has had so many troubles getting his place into the national team that he helped win the Euro 2016 tournament.
But the 29-year-old has got his career back on track at the Emirates despite his struggles with Inter Milan and Premier League side Southampton.
The right-back is now counting his blessing after welcoming his first child while his teammates are ion international duty.

The Arsenal star could hold his emotions and he shared "blessed" as he holds the newborn Siena closely to his chest.
Being a mother for the first time his wife Filipa published the image of her daughter as she said:
"Is the real destination.
"We cannot find the meaning of life alone, we find it with the other."
Soares' loan deal from Southampton was made permanent during the summer after playing a part in Mikel Arteta's side triumph in the FA Cup last season.
The skillful defender is yet to find his place into Fernandes Santos' side after failing to nail a starting place for the several clubs he has played for.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has taken the positive side of their unpleasant welcome at the airport ahead of their AFCON 2022 qualifier against the Gambia.
The Gabonese team had defeated their opponents by 2-0 a few days earlier with Aubameyang among the scorers.
But as the Arsenal captain and the rest of the team arrived at the Banjul International Airport on Sunday, November 15, they experienced a delay.
It is understood that their passports were seized despite providing their coronavirus results to the immigration officers for checks.
