Foden doubled City's lead in the 32nd minute with a superb close-range effort with Raheem Sterling providing the assist.

Guardiola's men were dominated most part of the opening half and they had the result to show for their efforts.
Both sides returned from the half time break to resume hostilities but neither team was able to find the back of the net until the 78th minute when Raul Jimenez reduced the deficit for Wolves.
