Chelsea are gearing up for their return to action in the Premier League following a 1-0 win over Championship side Reading in a warm-up friendly.
With a week-and-half left to play their remaining matches in the top-flight division, Frank Lampard's side defeated the second-tier club with a lone goal coming from Pedro Rodriguez.
N'golo Kante returned to the team after initially refusing to train due to the spread of coronavirus and the likes of Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Billy Gilmour were also on parade.

Olivier Giroud, Tammy Abraham, Ceasar Azpilicueta, Willian, Matteo Kovacic and Emerson were also in action in the warm-up game.
Chelsea's loanee Matt Miazga featured for the opposing team while former Stamford Bridge bred John Swift was also in Reading's ranks.
Lampard's side are in strong contention for a top-four finish in the current campaign but will have to face stiff competition from London rivals Tottenham and Manchester United.
