Willian: Chelsea permit midfielder to be with family in Brazil after much pleading

Willian has been reportedly allowed to return to Brazil to join his family after the midfielder was stranded in London due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, on Daily Mail.
The 30-year-old was barred from traveling due to the global pandemic with several restrictions placed on residents..
The Sun reports that his constant plea was finally granted on compassionate grounds to join his wife Vanessa Martins and twin daughters Valentina and Manuella.
Willian recently told Globo Spor TV: "At the moment, I'm alone. My wife and daughters are in Brazil.
"I had made a schedule before that. They went first, I was going to have a break and I was going too. Now, I'm checking here, if I have authorisation from the club.
"We're deciding, they are about to come back here, but as there was a meeting and there was a definition here, they postponed the league until April 30th… With that fact, I'm trying to get permission from the club to be able to go."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Juventus and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has taken a step further in helping people of his native home to fight the deadly coronavirus which is shutting down activities around the world, according to a report on ESPN.
The 35-year-old along with his agent Jorge Mendes have made financial donations to hospitals treating victims of the COVID-19.
One of which is the intensive care unit of the North Lisbon's University Hospital Centre (CHULN) and the same wing of the Porto's Santo Antonio hospital.
The two hospitals will have Cristiano Ronaldo and Jorges Mendes' names written at their intensive care units in honour of both football personalities.
"Businessman Jorge Mendes and Cristiano Ronaldo will donate two intensive care wings for the CHULN; each wing will be totally equipped and will have the capacity for 10 beds," CHULN told ESPN.
