Liverpool stretched their unbeaten run to 24 games this campaign following their 2-0 win over West Ham United at the London Stadium on Wednesday night.
A goal each from Mohamed Salah and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain helped the Reds open a 19 point gap over second-place team Manchester City.
Coach Jurgen Klopp's men are also on the verge of winning their first-ever Premier League title in over 30 years - a year after winning their sixth Champions League trophy.

With 24 round of matches completed, Liverpool have already amassed 70 points and they could surpass Man City's 100 points at the end of this campaign.
