Nigerians blast Super Eagles for poor performance against Czech Republic
- The Super Eagles lost 1-0 to the Czech Republic in their final friendly game
- The Nigerian side also fell 2-1 to England a few days at the Wembley Stadium
- Nigeria will play Croatia, Iceland and Argentina in Group D at the World Cup
The Super Eagles lost their second consecutive match in five days after losing 2-1 to England at the Wembley Stadium.
Gernot Rohr's side lost by 1-0 to the Czech Republic in their final pre-tournament friendly in less than eight days to the World Cup.
Supporters of the national team have taken to social media to blast the team for their poor performance in the match against the Eastern Europeans.

Ebuka Akara stated that if the Nigerian team can not beat the Czech Republic then we are not prepared to take on the world at Russia.
Colins, on the other hand, spoke on the team's weaknesses which was in set pieces claiming the team were not organized and needed to go back to the drawing board.
Madeleine is in doubt about the Super Eagles chances of progressing past the group phase with the way they have played the final friendly game.

Madeleine also said that the hype surrounding the new jersey is taking a toll on the team stressing that it has affected their performance.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that the Super Eagles narrowly lost to England thanks to goals from Gary Cahill and Harry Kane.
Alex Iwobi scored in the second half to put Nigeria back into the match but it was not enough as the match ended 2-1 in favour of the Three Lions.
