Ghanaian boxer Ayittey Powers has recounted how a poster of his spiritual father, the late prophet TB Joshua, allegedly quelled a raging face-off between his girlfriend and his ex-lover.

Ayittey Powers has never hidden his relationship with the Nigerian pastor, who passed away in July 2021.

The Ghanaian pugilist held a funeral for the man of God in Ghana, offering his last respect for the pastor.

TB Joshua was the founder and head pastor of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, and he is widely known for his prophetic deliverance and predictions.

Ayittey Powers is among the many high-profile personalities who sought the late cleric's guidance and counsel while he was alive.

Ayittey Powers speaks on TB Joshua's poster

Ayittey Powers, in an interview with Giovanni Caleb of Tv3, disclosed that there was a little confrontation at his place when his ex-girlfriend came to visit.

The boxer explained that while the ex visited, his also stormed his house unannounced. Upset by the situation, he said his girlfriend attempted to grab a bottle to confront his ex, but she froze upon seeing the late cleric's poster in the room.

"One day my ex called me that she had come to Accra, and it was late, so she couldn't go back and wanted to sleep at my house. I immediately called my girlfriend to confirm whether she would come that night, and she said no," he told Tv3.

"While we were there, my girlfriend showed up. She wanted to hit my ex in the head with a bottle, but anytime she tried, she froze… The TB Joshua calendar asked her, 'What do you think you are going to do?'"

The three-episode documentary was on the life of the late Pastor Temitope Balogun Joshua, the Founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN)

The documentary gave in-depth revelation on the crimes and manipulation schemes of his disciples and members during his lifetime

The founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Nigeria passed away on July 5, 2021. just a few days to his 58th birthday.

He was revered by many with high-profile personalities visiting his church for healing and counselling.

TB Joshua's past prediction of AFCON Final

Earlier, Legit.ng also reported that a video from nine years ago has gone viral on TikTok, showing how the late TB Joshua accurately predicted the outcome of the 2012 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) final between Zambia and Ivory Coast.

Zambia won the 2012 AFCON trophy after beating Ivory Coast 8-7 on penalties, following a goalless draw in the regular time. It was their first and only AFCON title so far.

The clip trended during the 2023 AFCON held in Ivory Coast.
