Noah Lyles clinches the Olympic gold medal

The six-time World Champion clinched a gold medal in the 100m final on Sunday in a race that was decided by a razor-thin photo finish, with the outcome determined by just 0.005 seconds. Initially, television commentators declared Jamaica's Kishane Thompson as the winner.
