Grealish has previously been linked with a stunning move to Old Trafford, but the transfer has not seen the light of day.

According to the publication, a number of Red Devils' players have been impressed by Grealish's performances this season and view him as "an appealing summer signing."

However, it has been claimed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's preference is to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho despite missing out on the 21-year-old last summer.

At the time, United were put off by Dortmund's £100m valuation of the winger, but reports suggest the Bundesliga giants have since softened their stance and would accept a bid of £75million.

Man City, meanwhile, are the other side thought to be interested in the signing of Grealish, with Pep Guardiola said to be a huge admirer of the England international.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Man United have crowned their 2020/21 Premier League season on a stylish note after stunning Wolves 2-1 at Molineux on Sunday, May 23, on the final day of the campaign.

Despite losing the Premier League title to rivals Man City, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be proud of his players for finishing the campaign unbeaten away from home.

Man United's win saw them ink their name in history books as they joined Arsenal in the exclusive group of clubs to end a campaign unbeaten away from home in the Premier League.

The Gunners have been holders of the prestigious feat, going the entire EPL season unbeaten away from home in 2001/02 and in their 2003/04 Invincibles campaign.

Man United's win at Molineux saw them finish 12 points behind rivals Man City who were crowned this season's league champions.
