Champions League Bound La Liga Club Join in Race to Sign Super Eagles Star Onuachu

Paul Onuachu has been getting offers from top European side ahead of next season and the latest on the list is La Liga side Sevilla, Spanish media Fichajes reports.
The 26-year-old ended a remarkable 2020-21 season with 35 goals in 41 appearances for Jupiler side Genk which has aroused the attention of top clubs in some of Europe's top teams.
Serie A's Lazio, Ligue 1 club Lyon and Scottish side Celtic ahead have made their interest known in the Nigerian international.

Julen Lopetegui looking to sign the Super Eagles star as either of Luuk de Jong, and Youssef En-Nesyri would be leave the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán this summer.
Sevilla finished fourth in La Liga and will be playing in next season's Champions League competition which will be a huge plus to Onuachu leaving Belgium.
He helped Genk finish in second place, the league's topscorer and lifted the FA Cup which puts him in the position to win the most valuable player.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported Paul Onuachu scored his 35th goal of the season as Genk beat Anderlecht 2-1 away from home in the Belgian league play-offs, Complete Sports report.
The Super Eagles star opened the scoring for his club in the 16th minute before former Man City star of Nigerian descent Lukas Nmecha equalizedfor Anderlecht in the 31st minute.
However, another Super Eagles star Cyriel Dessers got the much needed winner in 86th, 10 minutes after coming on for Onuachu.
Legit.ng also reported that Belgian club Genk have reportedly rejected Lazio's N12.5 billion (€25m) bid for Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu.
The 26-year-old has been superb for his club this season with an astonishing 33 goals in 37 league appearances so far this campaign.
He was also on target in the Blue-White away win against Anderlecht on Saturday, May 15 as he continued to deliver good results for his side.
