Former Manchester United handler Jose Mourinho could be making a return to Old Trafford in the summer for the signing of Holland international Donny van de Beek.
Since the 24-year-old joined the Red Devils this season from Ajax, he has been struggling for games as he has only one goal so far for the Old Trafford landlords.
Recently, Jose Mourinho was dismissed at Tottenham and got another job days later as the Portuguese will be in charge of Roma from next season.
And according to the report on UK Sun, Jose Mourinho is already planning on how to bring some fresh legs to Roma at the end of the season.
And one of his target for the summer is Donny van de Beek who made his name in football while playing for Ajax.
Roma are currently occupying seventh position on the League table and it will be hard for the side to get Champions League ticket this term.
Donny van de Beek is facing serious competitions at Manchester United from the likes of Fred and Pogba even though he has played 16 Premier League games this term.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are currently occupying second position on the Premier League table with 67 points after 33 games played so far with Manchester City topping.
Manchester United will be facing Aston Villa in their next game on Sunday, May 9, which will be in the Premier League.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Jose Mourinho made signing Manchester United goalkeeper, David de Gea for Roma his priority this summer.
The 58-year-old was appointed as the new manager for The She-Wolf barely two weeks after Tottenham Hotspur fired him.
He will replace compatriot Paulo Fonseca at the end of this season with his contract due to run out at the end of the 2023-24 season.
Having managed the Spaniard during his reign at Old Trafford, the 'Special One' already made the 30-year-old one of his top targets this campaign.
However, Mourinho will have the Red Devils board to contend with over the signing of the goalkeeper whose current deal with the Premier League outfit will not expire until 2023.
