Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has admitted that he learnt a lot during Jose Mourinho’s spell as manager at the Old Trafford club.

The youngster found the back of the net 29 times in 125 appearances under the Portuguese tactician, but says he learnt a valuable lesson.

Rashford won both the Europa League and the Carabao Cup under Mourinho, a feat, he is yet with successor Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Speaking to Sky Sports via Daily Star, the United No.10 said:

“It was a tough time in my career but those are the moments that either make you or break you.

Meanwhile, Man United defender Phil Jones has made a return to the club's squad after he was named in the side's squad for Europa League.

The Red Devils are set to face La Liga outfit Real Sociedad in the round of 32 later this February for a chance to reach the last 16.

And to ensure he has enough squad depth, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has surprisingly added Jones to his squad.

The English defender has been out injured and has not made an appearance for the Old Trafford dwellers for more than a year now.

However, Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United's chances of winning the Premier League suffer another huge setback following their 1-1 draw against relegation-threatened West Bromwich Albion on Valentine's day.

The Red Devils came into the match on a not so impressive form, having been forced to draw in their previous game against Everton in their last Premier League outing.

During the clash, the Red Devils surrendered a 2-0 advantage to draw 3-3 at home in what was a blow in their bid to keep City in sight as the title race hots up.
