Brazilian defender Thiago Silva who currently plays for Premier League giants Chelsea has stated clearly that he has a gadget in his house which is helping him to maintain his fitness.
Thiago Silva is no doubt one of the best defenders in the world considering his achievements over the years most especially when he was playing for Paris Saint-Germain.
Since joining Premier League side Chelsea from PSG, the 36-year-old has been impressive for the Blues in all competitions.
And as the Brazilian is gradually coming to the final years of his career, Thiago Silva explained according to the report on Daily Star that he has a machine which is helping him at home.
"I have a special chamber set up at home, where I breathe pure oxygen at high pressure – that helps to increase levels in the blood.
''I started doing it seven years ago in Paris, when I was struggling to fully recover from an injury.
"The physiotherapist I used to work with at Fluminense and Milan, Marcelo Costa, began to research recovery measures and looked at what NBA players do.
''Given they play loads of matches in a really short time period, their recovery must be spot on, so we felt it would be an excellent benchmark.''
Meanwhile, Chelsea are currently occupying fifth position on the Premier League table with 39 points after 23 games played so far this term in the English topflight.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how a former professional footballer who is currently working as a pundit Graeme Souness has made it clear that Timo Werner was the major reason that got Frank Lampard sacked at Chelsea.
Last season, Frank Lampard replaced Sarri as Chelsea's coach and helped the Blues to finish among the top four teams on the final Premier League table.
The former England international signed Timo Werner and other players before the start of the ongoing Premier League term, but the Blues were unable to get a good result.
Frank Lampard was eventually sacked by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich who replaced him with former Paris Saint-Germain gaffer Thomas Tuchel.
