Ahmed Musa cast his vote for Lionel Messi as first, Robert Lewandowski as second and Sadio Mane to finish in the FIFA's best player in the men's category, Sport Bible.
National team captains and coaches associated with FIFA voted for the nominees and Super Eagles star Musa did not put Cristiano Ronaldo's name in his top-three selection.
On the other hand, Nigerian technical adviser Gernot Rohr picked Lewandowski, Kylian Mbappe and Liverpool star Mane.

Bayern Munich star Lewandowski scooped the award after helping the Bundesliga club win a treble and became the leading scorer in all of the top leagues in Europe with 55 goals.
Messi came second while Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo came third after all the votes were collated by the world football governing body.
Brazil's captain and Chelsea star Thiago Silva voted for Neymar as well as, Messi who also supported his former Barcelona teammate amid speculation of a reunion at Paris Saint-Germain.
Real Madrid and Spanish captain Sergio Ramos voted for Lewandowski, his international teammate Thiago Alcantara and Neymar.
England boss Gareth Southgate was up for Lewandowski, Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk and Man City's Kevin de Bruyne.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Cristiano Ronaldo voted for Robert Lewandowski for the number one spot, while Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe completed his top three.
The Bayern Munich striker emerged winner of FIFA TheBest Men's player as Messi and Ronaldo came second and third respectively.
Lewandowski was the top scorer in the Bundesliga, the Champions League and the Golden Boot winner in all of Europe last season.
Ronaldo showed his class as he picked Lewandowski and Messi for the accolade and reiterated the fact that he is not a rival with the Barcelona star.
