Nigerian winger Samuel Kalu is now on the verge of leaving French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux after being reportedly linked with move to the German Bundesliga this summer.
Since he joined Bordeaux where he has been playing for the past two years, Samuel Kalu has been struggling with form as the Nigeria has only been able to score one goal.
Samuel Kalu initially signed a five-year deal with the French giant, but according to the report on Complete Sports, they are ready to allow him leave this summer.
But the report added that Bordeaux will not allow Samuel Kalu to leave for nothing less than €10m which is their asking price.
Last summer after finishing his first season with Bordeaux, Samuel Kalu was linked with a move to clubs like Real Betis and Napoli, but he decided not to leave France.
Hertha Berlin who showed interest in his signing last year are still said to be interested in having Samuel Kalu's signature and will move for him.
Samuel Kalu was among the Super Eagles players who played for Nigeria at the 2019 African Cup of Nations where Rohr and his men won bronze.

Balogun found it hard to break into Brighton's first team which made the club send him out on loan to the Championship where he can find his rhythm.
Wigan explained on their official website that Balogun has joined them until the end of the 2019/20 season in the second division.
He joined Wigan in January and has so far played eight games for the side in their campaign in the second flight of English football.
