Pep Guardiola slams Premier League boss after Liverpool open 22-point gap on City

Pep Guardiola is currently blowing hot after Man City fell to a 2-0 defeat to Spurs over the weekend.
The loss confirmed Liverpool's 22-point gap at the top of the Premier League over Man City.
Premier League chief Richard Scudamore was concerned about the Etihad outfit emerging champions with 19 points in the 2017-18 campaign.
"It doesn't take away from City's excellence, but we want the season to go to the last day.
"I'd like many trophies needed in different centers on the last day because we don't know how it will end," Scudamore told the BBC.
But Guardiola did not forget comments made by the league boss and he was quick to react after losing to the Lily White.
“2 seasons ago there was the owner of the EPL who said that could not happen again, it’s not good for the EPL for City to win the title in that way, with 100 points.
“Now it’s Liverpool, you have to be concerned if you are the owner of the English topflight division.
"The Reds can not be stopped. They have won a lot of points."
Despite City's dominance in the game, Bergwijn and Son Heung-Min's goal ensured victory for Spurs.
Spurs moved four points within Chelsea in the top four as City have a two-point advantage over Leicester City in gap between second and third.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Tottenham beat Man City and it was the Portuguese's sixth victory over Pep Guardiola in his career.
But the contest was marred with controversies especially when Raheem Sterling was not sent off after a second bookable offence.
