FCT, Abuja - President Bola Tinubu has increased the number of transport companies, offering a 50 per cent slash in his Christmas and New Year package for inter-state travelers by adding ABC Transport.

This was announced through the president's aide, Temitope Ajayi, on Saturday, December 23, who further listed three ways travelers can access the freebies on the Transport company.

According to Temitope, the development was in the spirit of Christmas and in line with President Tinubu's administration's Presidential Travel Relief Initiative. Noting that the development was announced by ABC Transport company.

How to access Tinubu's transportation subsidy on ABC Transport

Temitope further revealed three ways to access the package on ABC Transport. The three ways are:

1. Book via the APP - Make your bookings as normally done, and then at the point of checkout, select the “Offer Coupon” and then select the FG50 coupon. This will discount your fare, then proceed to pay 50% less.
2. Book via our website - Make your bookings as normally done, and then after inputting your details, select “offers”, select “promotion coupons from the list and then type in “FG50”, and select use to activate 50% discount and proceed to pay 50% less.
3. Walk into one of our ABC Transport terminals and book your ticket at 50% less.

This came barely 48 hours after President Tinubu released a list of five transport companies officially partnering with the federal government on the initiative.

FG lists five transport companies getting a 50% slash, available routes

Legit.ng earlier reported that President Tinubu-led government has released the full list of transport companies offering the 50 per cent slash its administration promised travelers on Wednesday.

In the list released on Thursday morning, the government said five transport companies Nigerians would take and get the 50% slash bonus.

The government also listed 28 routes in which its travelers will benefit while stating that the package was estimated to benefit five million Nigerians within the scheduled period.
