List of states where INEC has suspended governorship result collation or declared inconclusive

The governorship race has finally ended in 24 of the 28 states that participated in last Saturday’s polls.

The election brought about many unexpected outcomes. In Kano state, the candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) recorded a historic win against the riling All Progressives Congress.

However, everything did go as envisaged in some states.

For instance, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had to make tough decisions over situations in these states.

Here are states where INEC intervened.
