2023 Presidential Election: Peter Obi Meets USA's Key 'Guy', Gives Details of Meeting

The 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party on Wednesday, August 10, met with the new consul-general of the United States in Nigeria, William B. Stevens.

Obi in a tweet shared on his personal Twitter handle said he had a session of constructive discussions and exchange of ideas with Stevens.

Sharing photos from their meeting, the Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate also admitted to having hinted to Stevens of his vision for a new Nigeria.

Peter Obi support group drags INEC court, gives 1 major reason

Nigeria's electoral body had been taken to court by a group drumming support for the 2023 Labour party's presidential candidate.

The group accused the Independent National Electoral Commission of planning to disenfranchise several eligible voters in Nigeria.

Ikpeazu said Obi is an emerging force that resonates with Nigerian youths and that the former governor of Anambra state cannot be wished away.
