Nigerians now know better

He explained that losing the election to the APC worked in PDP's favour as Nigerians are now aware that they were better off with the main opposition party.

The chairman stated:

“But today, if we didn’t lose power, they won’t experience the policies and programmes of the other party. They would think there is something better than us. Thank God we lost power. Today, Nigerian people know better."

Ayu remembered a time when his party was controlling more than 20 states which have now been reduced to 13. His goal is to increase the 13 to over 20 and also take over the presidency.
