Little did the 23-year-old woman know that this decision would change her life forever, but in ways she would not regret.

After matching with agemate Danny Corbould, the pair met in February 2022 and experienced what they both describe as "love at first sight."

The Mirror reports that their relationship took an unexpected turn when they discovered they were expecting a baby in March 2022, just a week after meeting.

Despite the surprise, Maggie and Danny (who was in the military at the time) decided to embrace their new reality.

They moved in together immediately and solemnised their union in a beautiful ceremony in June 2022.

Their son, Edward, was born in December 2022, and the couple couldn't be happier.

Maggie believes their union was orchestrated by a "higher power," describing it as "love at first sight."

Danny admitted to being normally unsure in relationships but said he knew he loved Maggie from the moment they met.

He expressed his feelings, saying:

"I just had a feeling I'd never felt with previous girlfriends. I was initially scared because everything was happening so quickly, but there was no doubt I wanted this baby with her."

Despite doubts from others, including Maggie's father, who was initially hesitant about their rapid journey into parenthood and marriage, the two are now happily married.

Their journey hasn't been without challenges, including needing a bigger home and Danny's military deployment.

However, the couple remains steadfast in their love and commitment to each other and to their son, whom they say is the centre of their world.

Maggie described their experience as "a ride" and "a rollercoaster," adding that they were "learning so many things about each other."

With Danny stepping down from the army, the family is looking forward to spending more time together and embracing the adventures that lie ahead.
