"I See Being a Mum Like a Business": Mother of 19 Kids to Different Men Says She is Pregnant again

• A 39-year-old mother of 19, identified as Martha, announced being pregnant with her 20th offspring
• Martha revealed she had all her 19 kids with different men and would continue childbearing till her physical body couldn't take it anymore
• She spoke on the challenges of caring for such a large family and called out her baby daddies for being 'irresponsible'

Martha, from Medellin, Colombia, has revealed she was carrying her 20th child after already having 19 children.

The 39-year-old has no plans to stop having kids and said that will only happen when her physical body cannot conceive anymore, Daily Mail reported.

Martha said she had 19 children with different men, adding that she receives financial support from the government of Colombia, her local church and her neighbours.

''The truth is, as the government helps me for each child, I receive a little money for each one,'' Martha said.

Legit.ng gathered that 17 of Martha's kids are below 18. Martha stated that she gets an equivalent of $76 (over N68k) for her eldest child and around $30.50 (over N27k).

According to Martha, childbearing is equivalent to business. In her words:

"'I see being a mom like a business, practically."

Martha says life as mum of 19 is challenging

While tagging her baby daddies as 'irresponsible', Martha admitted that catering for the kids in their three-bedroom house can be demanding.

She lamented that she sometimes struggles to provide enough food for the family on a limited budget. Martha maintained she would continue having kids as her current offsprings would 'leave home when they grow up.'

The Sun reported that Martha is unaware of the father of the child she is currently carrying.

Mum of 44 kids says she wants more

Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported about a mum of 44 kids who still desired to have more children.

Mariam Nabatanzi is a woman in her 40s with 44 children she is raising alone.

Nicknamed Mother Uganda or Mother Africa, Nabatanzi disclosed she would not stop giving birth. Nabatanzi said all of her children were a product of her relationship with one man, who abandoned her.

She gave birth to her first child when she was only 13 years old after being sold by her parents to a 57-year-old man.
