The man gifted his beautiful spouse a brand-new car as a push present and presented it to her at the hospital.

Musekiwa donned a denim outfit as he skillfully played his saxophone while his wife walked out of the hospital.

An accompanying woman presented the bouquet to the already emotional wife, supported by two women on either side.

She could barely walk following the amazing surprise before her and the overwhelming love of her husband.

The two ladies led Musekiwa's wife to the luxurious car, where she got in for a moment and then got out.

Musekiwa never stopped playing his instrument as his spouse broke down while others watched.
