The clip he shared captured his old family house. He said that was where he started from. Seconds into the video, men could be seen bringing out bags of cement.

A tipper came with sand for bricklayers to mould blocks. More photos in the clip showed how the building progressed.

The man also built an underground parlour in the house, reinforced with irons to enhance durability. Many TikTokers were inspired by the progress he had made in life.

Nigerian rebuilds family house
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a young Nigerian man, @akubigbrazil, who is based abroad, shared a video of how he pulled down the mud house of his family in the village and put three houses in its place.
Celebrating the achievement on TikTok, the man's clip captured what the old house looked like. Many people gathered around to watch as a borehole was dug before the building projects started.
Seconds into the video, the new buildings were at a roofing level with woodwork done and awaiting sheets.
