"Bottle Landed on My Head": Nigerian Man Narrates How Friend Poisoned His Drink At Wedding Planning Meeting

• A Nigerian man has come out to narrate how his friend tried to poison his drink when he attended his marriage planning committee meeting
• The young man simply identified as Okoye, in a message sent to Legit.ng, also accused his friend of breaking a bottle on his head
• Okoye disclosed that he did not take the drink as it fell from his hand before it could get to his mouth and that was what saved his life

A Nigerian man living in Germany has accused his friend of putting poison in his drink.

The The German based music producer and show promoter, Gabriel Chukwunonso Okoye popular known as Kingbig said his friend was planning a wedding and invited him to be part of it.

Okoye said although he is not too close to this friend, he accepted to be part of the wedding planning committee.

In a message he sent to Legit.ng, Okoye alleged that his friend put poison in his drink during the said meeting.

However, he said his life was saved as the cup of drink fell from his hand before he could gulp it.

He broke bottle on my head

Apart from the poison, Okoye alleges that his friend broke a bottle on his head when a simple argument ensued during the committee meeting.

A video he sent to Legit.ng showed his head bandaged as a result of injuries sustained during the fracas.

Legit.ng was not able to reach Okoye's friend to hear his own side of the story, but he said the young man is in hiding.

Okoye's words:

"The thing happened on 03.12.22 Saturday. He is begging me since not to reveal his identity to the police, because he is still having some issues with German authorities which makes him most wanted. He is currently hanging out at his girlfriend house.

"We are not that close actually, though we came to the country almost the same time and lived in same area before.

"I'm afraid to come close because if he has the mind to poison my drinks and broke my head that means he can do worse."

Lady and her man break up

In another story, Legit.ng reported that a lady called it quits with her man who she said failed to take her out on regular dates.

She also lamented in leaked Whatsapp chats that he failed to buy her flowers.

The man in return said he is unable to cater for the lady's demanding lifestyle.
