A Nigerian man has opened up on the lovely backstory of his marital life as he responded to Legit.ng recent opinion poll on Facebook urging couples to share how they met their lovers.

The man identified as Aimunan Eddy said it all started back in their university days.

He disappointed her

In 100 level, Eddy stated his woman had requested that he helped her with GST assignment.

Unfortunately, he disappointed her and failed to do the assignment. Surprisingly, she bore no grudge and still appreciated him.

Eddy explained that he wooed her after that incident and eventually won her heart years later.

The couple recently welcomed a baby boy.

His comment read:

"She ask me to help her for GST ASSIGNMENT IN UNIVERSITY @100 L but I don't do it.but DESPITE I DIDN'T MEET UP, She STILL TELL me thank you.
"I started chasing her for years. Finally she gave birth to a baby boy yesterday.
"The necessary was done, White wedding, traditional marriage all to the Gory of God."

Nigerian man says he is in Europe presently because of the lady he married

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a man had revealed why he cried profusely on his wedding day while recounting the humble beginning of his relationship with the lady.

According to him, she was earning 150% higher than his salary but their relationship continued despite her having knowledge of this.

In series of tweets, he said his girlfriend secured a two-year master's scholarship to study in Europe and encouraged him to begin applying for scholarships as she had no intention of coming back to Nigeria.

In a bid to keep their relationship and take it to a new height, the lawyer said he suggested to his girlfriend that they get married.

His intention was to be able to secure a visiting visa so that he can always fly abroad to see his woman.
