Twin Brothers Marry on Same Day, Build Identical Bungalows for Wives in the Village, Photo Surfaces
- George and Daniel, twin brothers from Murang'a County, have captivated Kenyans with their extraordinary love lives
- The brothers, who are pastors and singers, live harmoniously, sharing professions and similar aspirations in love
- Initially considering marrying twin sisters, George and Daniel ultimately chose unrelated partners, fearing their bond might overshadow the relationship
Murang'a twin brothers who got married have flaunted similar village bungalows for their wives in the village.
The twin brothers narrated how they spent most of their days together, living happy lives with the ladies that they married.
Speaking to Kenya widely read media, TUKO.co.ke, the Murang'a brothers George and Daniel, who famously referred to themselves as the Gatanga twins, said they work as pastors and singers and relish every moment of ministering together.
When they started thinking about marriage, they initially considered getting married to twin sisters, but they quickly decided against the idea.
"As twin brothers, we completely love each other and always want to be with each other and so stuff together. So when it came time for us to date, we first thought of having twin sisters as lovers, but then we thought that if they loved each other as we do, our relationships would not be successful," George said.
They decided to date unrelated women, but according to the brothers, the ladies started acting like twins from the moment they started dating them
"We all got married on the same day, and just like us, they now behave like twins. Most times, they dress exactly the same and do things at the same time just like," he said.
Gatanga twins' houses
The twins live just a few metres from each other in identical bungalows which they built for their families.
"The houses were built at the exact same time. The masons would build one end of my house here and then build my brother's house. The furniture in our house is also the same," he narrated.
The Gatanga twins said they were men of God and gospel music singers.
"We have made several songs together. We are pastors in the same church and love what we do. We hope to continue doing many things together as God has given us love for each other. In fact, some people think our love for each other is idiotic, but we just have deep care for each other," they narrated.
