Interestingly, the tenant continued sitting in the house looking through the phone when a cleaning lady was sent to clear the mess.
The landlord revealed that he had not bothered to check the apartment because the tenant always paid her rent on time.
Details indicated that the cleaning lady took five painstaking hours to clean the house.
After taking care of the situation, the landlord gave the tenant a few days to find a new place and move out of his house.
