Accomplishing academic achievement with 7 children

During her valedictorian address, posted on her YouTube channel, Payne expressed her overwhelming gratitude and joy.
She acknowledged the unwavering support of her husband, Joseph, and her seven children, who served as a constant source of motivation and inspiration throughout her journey.
“Each step has been marked by the support and love of an amazing family who have been my rock and foundation throughout,” Payne said in her speech.
Temporary put education on hold
“To my precious children, you are the reason I strive for greatness, and I thank you for the motivation and inspiration you provide every day," she added.
Payne's exceptional academic performance is not new to her; she previously held the position of valedictorian during her high school graduation in 2006.
Payne's path to college was not without challenges. In 2006, she experienced a blood clot stuck in an artery in the lungs, which disrupted her plans and forced her to prioritize her health and family.

Eventually, driven by her unique experiences with her own seven children, she decided to return to school to pursue an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree in Midwifery.
Keiser University Chancellor Arthur Keiser, PhD, praised Payne's achievements and expressed pride in celebrating her as the valedictorian of her graduating class with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
He commended her determination and acknowledged that her success embodies the spirit of many Keiser University graduates who strive for excellence while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Despite her recent accomplishment, Payne is already embarking on her next educational adventure.
She is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nurse-Midwifery at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
