Nigeria’s number one noodle brand, Indomie Nigeria, has once again proven that they are not just about making delicious noodles but also about spreading love and kindness. The company recently embarked on a #ShareTheLove campaign during the Ramadan period where they were seen showing love and putting smiles on the faces of everyone. This move has earned them a spot in the hearts of many and has gotten many people talking.

It all began with a popular creator and influencer, Taaooma, showing love in the #ShareTheLove challenge with Indomie Noodles. This got a lot of people talking online, and another popular creator and influencer from the North, Ahmed Yusuf, jumped on the challenge by sharing Indomie in his community and tagged Indomie. The noodle giant; Indomie Nigeria, saw this and responded in the most delicious way. First, they visited each of the mosques shown by the creators and shared free Indomie meals for iftar (the evening meal when Muslims break their fast).

Next, throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Indomie Nigeria shared free meals to over 30,000 people for iftar at 60 mosques across different states, such as Lagos, Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, and Sokoto. This show of love was a gesture of kindness to the Muslim faithful who were observing the fast. Indomie went all out to ensure that the meals were delicious and nutritious, making the iftar meals not just a time to break the fast but also a time to enjoy good food with family and friends.

As you might’ve guessed, Indomie did not stop at Ramadan; they held an Eid funfair at Shoprite, Ado Bayero Mall, Kano, where 10,000 people were treated to fun activities such as dancing, eating competitions, complimentary bowls of delicious Indomie Noodles for sampling, and packages for everyone. Another gesture of love and kindness that shows that the company doesn’t just preach the show some love message, but they also practice it regardless of race or religion.

The importance of sharing love cannot be overemphasized, just like Indomie Nigeria has always shown. It is refreshing to see a company that puts love and kindness at the forefront of its business, showing that it understands the importance of making people happy, not just through their products but also through acts of kindness and love. So it’s not surprising that many people are commending them for their generosity and show of love.

Like ingredients, small acts of kindness can go a long way in making someone's day delicious. Just like Indomie has shown, love and kindness are not just words, but they are also actions. We hope that more companies and even people will learn from them and continue to share the love and spread kindness wherever they find themselves. Remember, a little kindness goes a long way.
