Thus, it's no surprise that there are presently cars that drive themselves. There's no human driver but the AI installed in the vehicle, which drives it around.

Two Caucasian octogenarians (81-year-olds), who have been around since the steam engine and locomotive cars, expressed their shock after seeing a vehicle that could drive itself.
In a video shared on Instagram by @aleeygiwa, they were waiting by the sidewalk for their ride after getting ready for a coffee date. A car moved around the corner and stopped beside them.

The two men saw the car's peculiarities as it wasn't built like other cars. It had different sensors on the exterior.
They looked at the driver's side and saw no one inside driving it.
They were still trying to process what was happening when the AI voice in the car informed them of their destination, which was the coffee shop.
At that point, they began to feel the interior of the car and assess the technological advancement they were witnessing.
One of them waved his hands in front of the driver's seat to see if it was truly empty. They kept querying their friend if she trusted the car (because they certainly did not.)
The car's steering was turning on its own, and that further amazed the older men.

Man screams after seeing a car drive itself
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian man identified as Chief Obi was overwhelmed with emotions after seeing a Tesla self-driving car in action. According to Tesla, all their vehicles have the hardware needed in the future for full self-driving in almost all circumstances.
In a short video reposted by @mufasatundeednut on Instagram, the man is seen with another fellow who parked his self-driving Tesla car at a distance. He marvelled in the Igbo language while recording the video, stating that the owner of the whip was controlling it using his phone.
Obi then called for a small showcase which the car owner did using his phone, much to the excitement of the Nigerian. The two men entered the car, which Obi tagged a spaceship. The car owner stated that the self-driving vehicle is always on.
