For being with the company for 20 years, a black female employee was handsomely rewarded by her white employers with over N8.3m cash.

A LinkedIn user named Amer Kayyal shared a video on the platform which captured the beautiful moment.

At the start of the clip, the unsuspecting lady was dragged to the centre of a gathering by a white man.

While she tried to make out what was going on, another white man standing before her praised her loyalty and began placing wads of cash in her hand.

As if that wasn't enough, the white man who had dragged her earlier exclaimed at the number of years she has worked for the company and topped what the first fellow had given the lady.

By now, the lady was moved to tears, but they weren't done with her.

As she struggled to maintain balance from the overwhelming surprise and blessing coming her way, a cash board of $20, 000 (N8.3m) was presented to her.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a kindhearted boss had given N409k free cash to each of his 58 workers.

Anderson, 52, who is the manager at Joseph Parr, a building merchant also handed similar packages to young apprentices who still live at home with their parents.

Speaking on why he carried out the kind act, Anderson said:

"When you talk to individual members of staff, there's fear of fuel going up - they were putting £60 in their tank, and it's now £80."
