A Nigerian lady has described Lagos landlords as wicked as she shared footage of a one-bedroom apartment that goes for N600k.

The lady, whose Twitter bio reads that she is into real estate, lamented on the social media platform that the apartment also doesn't come with a kitchen.

Apart from the outrageous price of the small apartment, the lady revealed that a prospective occupant was expected to pay a monthly service charge of N30k.

The real estate consultant stated that the said apartment is located in Salem Ikate, Lagos.

Her tweet reads:

"This is what 600k one bedroom with service charge of 30k monthly gets you in Salem Ikate .
"Lagos landlords are wicked, and no there is no kitchen."

From the clip she shared, the apartment looked small though with a tiled floor in the room and a toilet.

Small Lagos apartment put for rent at N600k

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian man had caused a stir on social media as he shared photos of a small apartment he was to rent for N600k in Lagos.

According to him, he had complained about the distance of living in Ajah and that was how the Victoria Island self contain was suggested.

In the photos of the apartment shared by Our Talk Room on Instagram, the apartment looked small in size while its restroom had its wall painting already falling off.
