A Nigerian woman has in a video shared on Instagram by @instablog9ja, said that since she was arrested by Delhi police at 6 pm, she has been unable to get bail.
Pointing towards her kids playing on the floor, the woman revealed that after the police asked for her name and nationality, they have not come forward to tell her why she was detained.

The lady stated that at 11 pm, her children were yet to eat anything. According to her, the kids were only able to manage what they brought to them because they were so hungry.

She revealed that at past 1 am, the police said that she would have to sleep in detention as the person handling her case is not around.
The mother of two said she was taken from her shop even though she has not done anything wrong.

Man arrested in Thailand
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a Nigerian man identified as Onyebuchi Johnbosco Ezedinugwu had been arrested by the Thailand immigration police for living in the country for seven years with a 60-day tourist visa.
The 40-year-old man was said to have landed in Thailand in April 2014 on a 60-day tourist visa with permission to stay until June 25th of the same year.
According to the report, immigration is targeting people from Africa to check if they have a valid visa. This is part of measures associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
