A Nigerian man has recreated an adorable photo his father took 30 years ago during youth service and both old and new pictures wowed many.

The young man, who is currently observing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, posed behind ropes that were meant to be climbed in camp.

A photo of his father that was taken in 1991 shows the corps member climbing the ropes and smiling for the camera.

A screenshot of the father and son conversation was also shared on Instagram. The young man sent his photo to his dad and the latter told him to climb the ropes.

Apart from the fact that the young man recreated his father's NYSC photo, their striking resemblance also wowed many.

Couple recreates 50-year-old photo

In similar news, two lovebirds who have been married for several years got social media talking after recreating an adorable photo they took 48 hours after they met.

Taking to Twitter to share both old and new photos of the couple, @historyandfacts wrote:

"A couple at Woodstock (48 hours after they met) and the same couple 50 years later."

Wearing almost the same hairstyles, the couple posed the same way in both pictures as the wife smiled for both cameras.
