2024 Awards: Pulse Nigeria to Spotlight Africa’s Leading Influencers Across Six Countries

Pulse, Africa’s leading innovative media company, will celebrate the continent’s top digital influencers and content creators at the fourth edition of the Pulse Influencer Awards 2024

The event, scheduled to take place simultaneously across five countries: Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, and Côte d'Ivoire—on October 12th, 2024, with Ghana following a week later on October 19th, 2024.

The awards aim to honour outstanding influencers who have used social media to distribute valuable content and grow large communities, impacting Africa's digital ecosystem.

This year’s event is themed "Futuristic Fashion: AI Glamour," blending technology and creativity. Attendees, including top influencers, will be adorned in innovative AI-inspired fashion, showcasing the fusion of cutting-edge tech with contemporary style.

Since nominations opened in July 2024, over 257,000 entries were submitted across the six markets.

A jury comprising industry professionals, alongside public votes cast on Pulse’s six country websites, selected three finalists per category.

Audience engagement was remarkable, with over 1.4 million votes cast across the platforms.

The winners for key categories will be revealed at the awards ceremonies.

Katharina Link, CEO of Pulse Africa, praised the awards' influence, stating: "The Pulse Influencer Awards recognize the remarkable talent, creativity, and role influencers play in shaping our culture and industries.

Through the Pulse Influence Network, we are committed to empowering creators and amplifying their voices."

She highlighted how influencers drive innovation and inspire positive change.
