The Aida Nath Campaign Organization (ANCO) has received with elation the judgement of the Supreme Court of Nigeria upholding its Principal, Honourable Barrister Aida Nath Ogwuche as the Candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for the Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency in the forthcoming General Elections.
Director-General, Aida Nath Campaign Organization (ANCO) Rt. Hon. Chief James Oche in a statement made available to Legit.ng, after the judgement today February 22, 2023 in Abuja expressed delight, saying the Supreme Court has affirmed itself as the last hope of the common man.
The Campaign Organisation further said the outcome of the judgment is a victory for the People's Democratic Party and the great people of Enone, as there is no victor or vanquish.

Director-General, Aida Nath Campaign Organization (ANCO) Rt. Hon. Chief James Oche in a press release after the judgement today February 22, 2023 in Abuja expressed delight, saying the Supreme Court has affirmed itself as the last hope of the common man.
The statement said; “ANCO notes the judgement to be based on acceptable legal standards. ANCO reaffirms its optimism all through the course of litigation that its principal being guided by the tenets of electoral laws would emerge victorious in the end, giving to her professional background as a lawyer and surrounded by a team of sound legal minds.

“ANCO appreciates its team of legal experts led by Chief Adegboyega Awomolo SAN, Yunuz Ustaz SAN, Paul Erokoro SAN, Victoria Awomolo SAN, Keneth Ikonne ESQ, Joseph Oche ESQ, Raphael Ashwe ESQ, Johnson Pius Agbo, ESQ and the other members of the outer bar for their selfless commitment to ensuring that justice was achieved.
The Campaign Organisation further said the outcome of the judgment is a victory for the People's Democratic Party and the great people of Enone, as there is no victor or vanquish.
“ANCO appreciates the efforts of Mr. Francis Ottah Agbo who though lost at the party primary pursued his convictions for justice to end. ANCO enjoins him to remain faithful in working for the PDP in the hope of victory.

2023: Ogwuche heads to Supreme Court, appeals for stay of execution in Benue Reps tussle
Recall that Legit.ng reports that few weeks to the 2023 general elections, Hon. Barr. Aida Nath Ogwuche has approached the Supreme Court to appeal against a judgment stopping her candidacy.
A statement sent to Legit.ng by her media office noted that Ogwuche filed a notice of appeal on Friday, January 13. Ogwuche wants the apex court to declare her as the authentic candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency of Benue state.
Accompanying the notice of appeal was a motion seeking a stay of execution of the said judgment stopping her candidacy in the forthcoming election, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal at the Supreme court.
