Top Politician Reveals Name of Candidate That Will Win 2023 Presidency
- Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has been tipped to win the 2023 presidency
- This is according to Nigeria’s Senate president, Ahmad Lawan who made this known in his goodwill message at a special dinner organised for patrons and advisors of the APC
- Lawan attributed his confidence in Tinubu and Shettima to their achievements in their various political journeys
The All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the 2023 presidential election, Senate president, Ahmad Lawan, has declared.
Lawan expressed confidence that the party will win with its standard bearer and his running mate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima respectively.
Lawan made the boast in his goodwill message at a special dinner organised for patrons and advisors of the APC at the Campaign Headquarters in Abuja, Punch Newspaper reports.

In his address, the Senate President attributed his confidence in Tinubu and Shettima to their achievements in their various political journeys.

He said:
“The APC is on its way to winning the elections with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shettima who are great Nigerians that have achieved a lot in their various political journeys.”
Addressing the participants, Tinubu described the campaign patrons as politicians of repute who have worked hard for the party and sacrificed so much for the growth of democracy in Nigeria.
On his part, Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state appreciated the campaign patrons and advisers over their conviction to support the Tinubu-Shettima ticket.

Meanwhile, in preparation for the forthcoming 2023 presidential election, the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has been described as an industrialist and would give a deeper approach to bolster the economic system in Nigeria.
The Zamfara state chapter of the APC noted that the party's presidential candidate will take Nigeria to the promised land of economic prosperity and security.
Yusuf Idris, the spokesperson for the chapter should Nigerians elect Tinubu in 2023 the people will experience major critical changes in terms of economic prosperity in the country.
